Missions

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father and of the son and of the Holy Spirit” – Matthew 28:19

National Missions

Scott & Ali Hara

  • Scott and Ali Hara have been serving with Pioneers for the past 16 years. They served overseas in South Sudan from 2010 to 2013 and have been working at the Pioneers' base in Orlando, Florida, since late 2013. Scott and Ali have three children: Layla, Liam, and Logan.

Ali is a full-time mom and teacher and loves homeschooling our kids. She makes it a fun and rich learning experience based on Biblical teaching, literary classics, and the things that interest the kids (horses, computer coding, and Spanish).

Scott serves the Pioneers Orlando team as the Vice President of Strategy, with three primary focuses: aligning teams around a shared vision of engaging more unreached people groups, leadership development, and driving a culture of innovation.

Please continue to pray for unity and strength in our marriage, our children's growth and development, and our ministry's impact in Orlando and around the world.

International Missions

Genesis Church supports missionaries who are serving in the Middle East. For their protection their names are unlisted. Please lift them up in prayer as they live out their faith for Jesus amongst danger every day.

John & Rhonda Lennon

  • John and Ronda Lennon are church planting missionaries in the beautiful country of Ecuador. They previously served in Paraguay for many years before moving to Ecuador. John’s ministries include church planting, leadership development, missionary mentoring, and outreach among the Middle Eastern communities that live in Quito. Ronda is an educator and enjoys teaching Bible and Art to middle and high school students at an International School. John and Ronda have been married for over 30 years and have 2 adult children. They are passionate about bringing people to Christ, discipling them in their faith, and forming healthy Biblical churches and church leaders for the glory of God.

Noe & Anyoly Figueroa

  • Noe and Anyoly are two of the longest serving missionaries with TIME, serving with them since 1992 when Zeral and Dorretta returned to the DR to partner with Pastor Rudy de la Cruz.  Noe serves in several roles at TIME, first as their Pastor Partner Coordinator, helping to locate and vet the pastors that they build chapels for.  In addition, he serves as Construction Coordinator, leading the teams in construction and making sure they have challenging projects! Noe also pastors a church in Hatillo, a small town west of Santo Domingo. Anyoly serves as their Women’s Ministry Director discipling women and leading conferences in the DR and Cuba.  Her heart is counseling pastor’s wives, but also reminding the TIME team of the hope we have in Jesus and is a wonderful counselor to anyone needing their spirits uplifted.  Noe and Anyoly have three children who also serve actively in the ministry, Megan, William and Elda.

Dan & Rachel Zuch

  • Dan and Rachel have been enthusiastically married since 1980. They have three adult children and seven grandchildren.

Dan is a US Army vet and a graduate of Biblical Theological Seminary (now Missio Seminary) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Rachel’s training includes Bible, teaching and counseling (marriage and trauma).

    Ministry Focus

Dan and Rachel are passionate about the Church being at the center of God’s redeeming and renewing kingdom activity around the world, with discipleship as its motor.

They have served in Austria since 1989 as partners with Austrian Evangelical Churches to help develop, equip and multiply healthy disciples and churches that impact both individuals and cities. To that end, Dan and Rachel co-led a team that planted a church in Vienna, which Dan pastored until the end of 2016. They are currently mentoring leaders in a network of House Churches in Vienna.

Dan has been the leader of TEAM Austria since 1996 as well as TEAM Germany since the beginning of 2018. In addition, he serves on the board of the Austria Training Center (ATC) to equip leaders for discipleship and church planting. He also is involved in maintaining church unity through the Austrian Evangelical Alliance.

Rachel is the founder of Herzwerk/Heart Works, a ministry to men and women in prostitution and survivors of human trafficking. She is the chairwoman of the board, on which Dan also serves. It is in this context, that the love of God is brought to the men and women in prostitution in holistic, practical ways.

Together, Dan and Rachel have been discipling couples for over 25 years through marital and premarital counseling.

(Dan also likes the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, Bruins and Celtics ;-).
