Hey Sisters! If you hear me speak, y’all are probably going to notice a blend of Tennessee, Baltimore, and Pennsylvania all in one—I’ve carried a little piece of each place with me. My husband, Jeremy, and I have been together for 23 years, and God has blessed our blended family with four wonderful children. This year, we celebrated becoming "Lolli & Pops" to our first grandbaby! Our youngest kiddos are preparing us for our next season of life, while one just graduated from nursing school and the other will be graduating from high school/ trade school. Before my husband and I know it, we will be empty-nesting, and to be honest, y’all, it's really hard. We have been attending Genesis for fifteen years. It wasn't long until we got plugged into Children's Ministry through Awana. Over the years, God has given me the privilege of homeschooling, teaching, and serving in a variety of other ministries. Whether working with children, women, seniors, or on the softball field, my heart is the same—to encourage others with God's truth and remind them they are seen, heard and deeply loved.

Hello! I’m Rosemary. I have been married to my husband, Matthew, for 46 years. We have been blessed with three grown children, one 10th grader, and six grandchildren. I have been involved in ministry to women for most of my adult life and have served as Women’s Ministry Director at Genesis Church over 23 years. I have a passion for God’s Word and for connecting with women. My greatest joy is seeing women learn to take God at His Word and discover His transforming power in their lives.

Hi! I’m Lindsay. I’ve been married to my husband, Anthony, for 18 years and enjoy being a homeschool momma to my son and daughter. I love to laugh, sing my heart out to the Lord, and dive into deep, heart level conversations about life. I recently created and launched a holistic women’s wellness cohort to equip women to live well spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, and relationally. I’m a passionate teacher who is committed to helping others overcome in the victory of Jesus and live transformed lives empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Hello! I'm Rayne, and this is my first year teaching at the women's conference! I've been so blessed to attend Genesis since I was four years old, and over the years I've met so many incredible people who have truly become like family to me. I have the joy of serving in Children's Ministry and Awana, and I also teach Art at the S.T.E.A.M. Homeschool Co-op. The Lord has graciously given me so many opportunities to share His Word, and through them He has shown me how important it is to invest in the next generation while also walking alongside my peers as we pursue Him together. It is such a privilege to be a small part of what God is doing, and I'm truly humbled and honored to be teaching at this year's conference. I can't wait to meet y'all, learn alongside you, and see how the Lord works throughout the weekend! "

Hey all! I’m Kim Barton. I’ve been married to the love of my life, Jimmy, for sixteen years, and together we have six wonderful children: Autumn and Rayne (who are 18 now, so I guess they technically aren't children anymore!), Paige, Aeirya, Woodland, and Beauden. I’ve been blessed to homeschool them all and am now celebrating the graduation of our oldest two. I’ve also had the joy of serving in Children’s Ministry in a variety of ways for the past fourteen years. Through unexpected seasons, including our son
Woodland’s diagnosis with a rare liver condition, God has taught me what it means to trust Him in the unknown. It is something that God has placed on my heart to share with other women. It is my prayer to encourage others to know Him more deeply and discover His faithfulness in every season.

Hey there! I’m Nikki. My husband Chris and I have been together for almost 21 years and have an amazing son and daughter. I have been blessed to serve in many areas of the children’s ministry for over a decade training leaders and discipling children. I am humbled every day that the Lord has chosen me to share His goodness and life-changing power with others.

Hi Girlfriends! I’m Cindy Foor. I have been married to my husband, Steve, for more than 49 years and have two grown children and four granddaughters. I have been active in women's ministries for more than 30 years as a speaker/teacher, and I love to use my training in biblical counseling and discipling to help each woman discover her identity in Christ and His plan for her life. Although my teaching style includes lots of humor, that humor won’t overshadow my focus of pointing people to God's Word for the application of His truths to their lives. I have one published book and am working to complete books 2 and 3 soon!

Close your eyes and picture our heavenly Father sitting on His throne, waiting. For some, this is a beautiful image; for others, it can be intimidating. We will all come before God's throne, but how will we approach Him? Some will come with confidence, knowing we are His beloved daughters. Others may approach hesitantly, as if they are defendants on trial. Many of us understand that we have been forgiven yet continue to live under the weight of shame, condemnation, and false guilt. In this breakout session, we will explore the tension between our identity as daughters of the King and the burdens we still carry. Together, we’ll discover how the gospel invites us to truly know Him, frees us from shame and allows us to fully embrace our place in His family.

Everyone longs to be seen, accepted, and valued. Too often, we look to people, accomplishment, appearance, or the world's approval to satisfy that longing, only to find ourselves striving for something that never truly lasts. In this session, we'll explore how knowing God changes where we find our worth and why living for Him brings the freedom, security, and purpose our hearts were created to experience.
-
How lofty and exalted is your view of God? We may sing passionately about His majesty, but how often do we then live like he is only a slightly bigger, better, stronger version of ourselves? In this class we will examine the attributes of God that show us just how very majestic and unlike us He is. As we do, we will discover an awe and appreciation for our God that will change how we think, speak and act.
-
God created us in His image, and Romans 8 reminds us that He predestined us to be conformed to the image of His Son. But if we are going to become more like Him, we must first know Him more deeply. In this session we will examine the attributes of God He calls us to reflect, consider what it means to reflect them well, and look at how He empowers us to do just that.

“Your pain has a purpose.” Does that feel more like a nice cliché than an empowering truth? It can be hard to recognize purpose in the midst of great pain and suffering: loss, betrayal, physical pain, unexpected circumstances, unmet expectations… you name it. Dear sister, suffering is painful, and no one wants to walk through it. But holding fast to Jesus and an eternal perspective can change how you endure even the unimaginable. Join me in this session as we look beyond the cliché and begin to live out the truth that “your pain has a purpose.”

There is so much noise in our world today, making it difficult to live with clarity and peace of mind. The good news is that you do not have to be tossed to and fro or wrestle in confusion. God speaks directly to each one of us, and you can know His voice for yourself. Join me in this session as we learn to discern the voice of God over our own thoughts and the accusations of the enemy, so we can begin to live with His presence, purpose, and precision as we know, hear, and follow the Good Shepherd.

“A real girl isn’t perfect, and a perfect girl isn’t real.” Ever heard this one? Most of us have lived it at one point or another - striving for perfection, trying to please everyone, and attempting to live up to unrealistic expectations until we find ourselves simply faking our way through. Do you ever feel like you’re the only one who doesn’t have it all together, while everyone else seems to? “Performing” your way through life is not what God intended when He sent Jesus to give His children abundant life. Join us as we talk candidly about why it is so easy to fall into the performance trap and how, with God’s help, we can step out of it and live joyful, real, abundant lives.
-
How many of us struggle with our past? We all have stuff back there we don’t want anyone to know about, don’t we? Some of us are greatly ashamed over choices we made—whether years ago or just yesterday—and guilt and shame can be overwhelming. Others have a past marked by grief and bitterness that haunts daily. Someone else is responsible, yet the agony and hurt are suffocating. Regardless of what you did or what happened to you, when your painful past begins to shape your present, you’re in trouble. The good news is that even if your history has been painful, history also provides great hope for today and tomorrow. God has already dealt with your past, and HIS-story can set you free and heal your hurting heart. Join us in this workshop to learn how to let go of your past, step into your present, and walk forward with great hope for your future.

None of us chooses the unknown, yet we all find ourselves there. A difficult diagnosis, broken relationships, financial uncertainty, unanswered prayers, or simply waiting for God to reveal His plan can leave us feeling anxious and unsettled. Yet it is often in those very moments that God invites us to know Him more deeply. Scripture shows us that when we know God's character, we can trust His heart, rest in His promises, and discover that the unknown can become the place we come to know Him most deeply. Trusting God's character when we cannot see His plan allows us to rest in His promises and walk confidently with Him—even in the unknown.

Good communication is at the foundation of all healthy relationships, including our relationship with God. In this class, learn how you can know God more intimately through good communication. Discover how we communicate with God through prayer and how He speaks to us through His Word.

The Great Commission tells us we are to make disciples who make disciples, and we long for the people we care about to know God and the gift of salvation He has given us through His Son, Jesus. But the idea of sharing the gospel with others terrifies us. In this class, you will learn practical ways to have conversations about your faith, share your testimony, and explain the good news of salvation clearly and concisely.
