Media Request
Please Allow 6 WEEKS for Media Requests
For all non-event specific media requests, please click the link below to submit a Media Request Form. We need 6 weeks minimum lead time to ensure enough time for the creative process and the production process considering the Media Team’s workload and other projects in our queue. Due to the high volume of requests, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request with less than 6 weeks’ lead time.
Event Request
Once your event has been pre-approved by the Lead Pastor or Executive Pastor, the first step in the process is to complete the Event Planning Form below. This form will walk you through all of the areas to consider as you put together the details for your event. Taking the time to fill out the form thoroughly will help ensure that all things have been considered in order to streamline the process, prevent lapses in communication, and avoid overlooked details. Refer to the deadlines below as you work through the process and approach your event.

8-10 Months Before Event – Develop your plan, beginning with an end-date.
6-8 Months Before Event – Meet with media team and begin working on media-related tasks.
4-6 Months Before Event – Prep for classes, organize materials, print copies needed to avoid last minute runs on the copier or outsourced needs.
3 Months Before Event – Check to make sure the media team has everything they need to complete their tasks.
Post-Event – Fill out a SWOP Event Evaluation Form and submit to events@genesisyork.com.
