Kids Ministry

Children’s lives are impacted by committed volunteers teaching age appropriate Bible truths and providing families with resources to have meaningful conversations to grow in their walk with the Lord.
Our volunteers have completed all the required Pennsylvania State Clearances as well those required by Genesis Church. This allows your child to be in a safe and encouraging environment.

Sunday Mornings - What to Expect

On Sunday mornings kids participate in exciting worship, build relationships, and encounter God’s Word using the D6 Curriculum. This curriculum is based on the principles of Deuteronomy 6:5-9—love God, love His Word, and teach your children to do the same. Beginning with our youngest to the oldest, the entire ministry is studying the same theme at the same time! When families arrive, they are greeted at the check-in area by a Genesis Kids volunteer and print a security tag using the kiosk.
After the service, a security tag is required in order to pick up your child. We also have a process for notifying parents during church if their child needs them.

This area provides Godly care for Infants through 4-year-old children. We strive to teach age-appropriate biblical principles in a safe, clean environment. The children are divided into four sections: Infants, 2 year-olds, 3 year-olds, and 4 year-olds.
Pagers are also provided for peace of mind.

Learning stations for the children in 5 years old through grade 6 include high energy worship, interactive Bible lessons, and game time.
